Job Description: Customer Service Supervisor

Duties:
- Manages counter operations, supervise counter personnel in the performance of copying, bindery, cleaning and stocking.
- Supply to the management a detailed list of supplies needed for counter operations.
- Maintain customer files in a neat and orderly fashion: print and verify all invoices, fill out and verify all typesetting orders, business card orders, label orders, and other mail out orders as necessary - including processing all farmout orders.
- Call in service orders as necessary on counter and office equipment in order to promote highest possible quality control.
- Operates digital printing equipment, producing digital jobs to customer specifications.
- Produces or modifies digital files for smaller applications, ie. flyers, posters etc. utilizing Adobe software.
- Operates bindery equipment including binders, folder, wrapper, drill, stitcher, cutter and other equipment necessary to complete general production.
- Obtains necessary supplies and works within allotted time for completion of each job assignment.
- Takes telephone calls, answering questions, taking messages and giving information when necessary.
- Is responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed.
- Maintains a neat and clean work area and performs necessary equipment maintenance, as well as maintains the customer reception area.
- Must be available for additional work in various other work areas as needed, i.e.. store maintenance, general stocking, receiving of supplies and aiding in courier service.
- Supervises workers in assigned areas.
- Assists workers with problems and questions.
- Directs training of new CSRs.
- Performs and makes recommendations for method development.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Additional Duties: Closing CSR
Begin 2 hours before closing.
Duties:
- Call all customers to pickup jobs or proof typeset.
- Water plants if necessary. (Once a week - no more)
- Clean and fill Coke machine. (Daily)
- Clean counter tops. (Daily)
- Organize counter bins. (Daily)
- Fill and service copy machine. (Paper, toner, clean glass & roller)
- Vacuum floor if necessary.
- Stock front paper shelves if necessary. (Maximum 1 ream per item)
- Fill out all typeset orders and other paper work for jobs due.
- Shut down copy machines and other equipment as necessary when leaving.
Job Relationship: Supervised by Sales Manager/ General Manager and Owners
