Job Description: Office Manager
Duties:
- Data Entry to include:
- Invoicing of sales.
- Daily sales posting and verification.
- Copy machine readings and daily statistics.
- Posting of accounts receivable.
- Posting of accounts payable.
- Posting and updating of inventories.
- Forms management order/receiver processing.
- Check writing and posting
- Maintain store filing system as needed to meet state and federal guidelines:
- Maintaining vendor files.
- Maintaining resale certificate files.
- Maintaining invoice files.
- Maintaining employee files and scheduling evaluations
- Total and verify time cards on all employees and submit to store operator prior to payroll cutoff.
- Ordering of requisitioned supplies.
- Receives and processes job assignments, obtains necessary supplies and
works within allotted time for completion.
- Research farmouts and assist sales staff in pricing and preparing quotes.
- Process paperwork for farmouts.
- Performs and makes recommendations for method development.
- Work in conjunction with Manager/Assistant Manager to make store operations
as efficient as necessary and reduce labor and material costs.
- Be timely, orderly, and disciplined as to show good example to other employees.
- Remove and pay C.O.D. receipts and vouchers from cash register.
- Assist in training and maintenance on equipment.
- Leave any notes necessary for opening CSR’s attention.
- Assist counter persons during ‘rush’ periods and lunches when Assistant Manager is unavailable.
- Other duties as assigned by General Manager
Job Relationship: Supervised by General Manager/Owner/Operators
